The nationwide JR 7 Day Green Pass offers unlimited travel on the JR network – trains, ferries, buses, and most Shinkansen. Being one of the most economical and convenient ways to explore Japan, it is a great deal for tourists to take advantage of when visiting Japan!

Step 1. Register the FIRST PASSENGER

Fill out the details for the first passenger and click 'Add to Bag'.

★ Order of passport name does not matter
★ Do not change the quantity to add another person to your order.

Step 2. Change necessary details for the NEXT PASSENGER

Previous passenger details will remain from Step 1.
Change necessary details for the second person (e.g. name, nationality) and click 'Add More'.

Step 3. To proceed to payment 'Go to Checkout'

To proceed to payment, click 'go to checkout'

You will be directed to the Checkout page.
Double-check the passenger details under shopping cart, enter your email address and click 'Checkout' to confirm your order.

Once you've completed the above, you will be required to select your delivery options, complete the payment information to complete your order.
*You will also receive an Online Order Confirmation email and order status updates to the email address provided.

Q. How do I place an order for myself and my family/friends?
A. Please read and follow the Booking Instructions carefully. Do not change the quantity. You must register each person one at a time.

Q. Does the name order matter?
A. No - the name order is not important, but please make sure all the names on the passport is entered.

Q. I have both Australian and Japanese passports. What are the conditions?
A. Those who hold both Australian and Japanese passports must enter Japan using their Japanese passport. Eligibility Condition for Japanese passport holders apply.

Q. I hold a Japanese passport. Can I purchase a JR Pass?
A. Japanese passport holders must ① meet the eligibility requirement and ② obtain the Eligibility Document before placing an order. Order will not be processed unless it has been obtained.

A. No - JR Pass holders must exchange their Exchange Orders (MCO) in Japan first.

Q. Can I purchase a single sector ticket/point to point ticket with NTA Sachi Tours?
A. No - we do not sell any sector/point to point ticket in Australia.

Q. Do I need to pre-book baggage space?
A. If the total dimension of your baggage is under 160 cm, you are not required to pre-book baggage space. For more information, please visit the website.

Q. Can I use "Nozomi" and "Mizuho" bullet trains with my JR pass?
A. Yes - If you additionally purchase an [ONLY WITH JAPAN RAIL PASS] NOZOMI MIZUHO Ticket before boarding the train, the PASS holder may use a "NOZOMI" or "MIZUHO" bullet train. For more information, please visit the website.
