Step 1. Register the FIRST PASSENGER

Step 2. Change necessary details for the NEXT PASSENGER

Previous passenger details will remain from Step 1.
Change necessary details for the second person (e.g. name, nationality) and click 'Add More'.

Step 3. To proceed to payment 'Go to Checkout'

You will be directed to the Checkout page.
Double-check the passenger details under shopping cart, enter your email address and click 'Checkout' to confirm your order.

Once you've completed the above, you will be required to select your delivery options, complete the payment information to complete your order.

Exchange Order (MCO) is valid for 3 months from the issue date.

A. No - but please make sure all the names on the passport is entered.

A. - Reserved seats on SANYO SHINKANSEN (Shin-Osaka⇔Hakata)
- This pass can be used for "Hello Kitty Shinkansen".
- Reserved seats on KYUSHU SHINKANSEN (Hakata⇔Kumamoto)
- Reserved seats on Nishi-KYUSHU SHINKANSEN(Takeo-onsen⇔Nagasaki)
- Reserved seats on Limited Express Train HARUKA,YAKUMO,SUPER HAKUTO, YUFUIN NO MORI etc.
* For reserved seating, ensure you book your seats before boarding the train.
* Non-reserved seating is not available on trains with exclusively reserved seats.
* These JR-KYUSHU trains below have all reserved seats.
-YUFUIN NO MORI, ASO BOY!, A-TRAIN, KAWASEMI YAMASEMI, TWO STARS 4047
